    Hello,
    Thanks for asking.
If you have completed B.Sc. & want to get into Teaching field in Schools then you should pursue B.Ed.
But if you are dreaming of Lectureship in Indian Colleges & Universities then you have to qualify the net exam.
CSIR NET Exam is conducted for the science candidates who are willing to pursue Research Fellowship or Lectureship.
After qualifying the net exam, you will be eligible to directly apply for Lectureship / Professorship.
there are also too many other advantages of qualifying the net exam, like work in csir labs, pursue PhD, get a job in PSUs etc.
Check the details of csir net books & preparation https://scoop

    Hello,
After B.Ed, you can join any teaching faculty. Also, you can give UGC NET for assistant professor or JRF.
If you are very good in physics than you can join PRL or ISARO or Bhabha Atomic Research Centre or DRDO by giving theirs exams.
If you are good in electronics physics, you can join any electronics industry or any semiconductor industry. Also, you have chance to join companies like Sony, IBM, Panasonic, BEL, Intel, etc.

Well, if you have Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, all three in your Bachelor's degree you should first understand and analyze that which subject you like the most and you are highly interested in. Then devote atleast a year and evaluate the scope of M.Sc in that particular subject, study it and then select the subject. Don't be in a rush, take your time.
