What are the job opportunities available in India and abroad after completing BCA, MCSE & CCNA?

I've completed Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA). After that, I decided to study MCSE & CCNA. So, I need to know about the job opportunities available in India and abroad after studying the MCSE & CCNA.

You can easily get job in companies, such as HCL-T, Dell, Wipro, Infosys etc, which has remote infrastructure management vertical or business unit. You can also get a job in IT department of any medium and large enterprise.
