What are the job opportunities in other countries than USA if ill do MS from other country?

I mean if ill get good university in Singapore or other than USA then how i should confirm my admission without knowing job opportunities over there,So please tell me the countries other than USA which has good scope for MS. Actually I did Engineering (electronics) batch 2012 and want to pursueMS
