I have failed in my first semester exam but passed with good marks in the rest five semesters , so what are the job options for me ?

Hi,
It is advisable to clear your backlogs first and thereafter proceed with higher education or jobs. So this year sit for your compartment exam and also prepare thoroughly with the entrance exam for masters.
