Depends on your needs,abilities and interests. You can go for m.sc,ph.d if you are interested in research and studies.
Banking,SSC,Insurance - If you need a secure future and have an interest in it.
MCA - you can move to IT
MBA - you can virtually move into anything BFSI, IT, Tourism, etc.
