What are the job prospects after completing the Diploma in travel from IATA?

HEI I HAVE HARD THAT EVEN AFTER THE IATA DIPLOM COURSE IT IS DIFICULT TO GET JOB IN TRAVEL AGENCIES IF I AM NOT A GRADUATE BUT I AM A PUC HOLDER AND TRYING TO DO THE COURSE SO I AM FEAR THAT IF AFTER THE COURSE I WILL REMAIN JOBLESS
