What are the job prospects and scope of Diploma in mining engineering abroad?

After Diploma in mining engineering, it will be very difficult to say that what type of jobs you will get. But after B.Tech or M.Tech you can get a wonderful job.
After pursuing Masters courses related to mining engineering (ME, M.Tech or M.Sc.), one may take up teaching job (lecturer or instructor)

I have 7 years of work experience in mining field as mining foreman approved by DGMS, but I want to get a job abroad in the mining field. How can I get a job abroad in the mining field? What should I do for the same?
