    It depends from which institute you do it. If you do it from institute like Maharashtra Institute of Labour Studies,Mumbai you get good placement with a good package. No, it is not similar to LLB. It is more related to industrial relation such as managing labour and union in the factory, handling compliances required as per applicable labour laws, settling dispute with the labour and union. The job is very challenging and need lot of people management skill,s negotiation skills, disaster management and conflict management skills.
