I am currently in Indian Navy. B.Tech in EEE from JNU and M.Sc. In ECE from CUSAT.

Hello, It is very nice to hear from you that you want to do post-graduation in engineering from Germany. Yes, the German government offers free education to the students but then as consequence admissions are quite tough to get. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information
