Dear Student,
For SCJP, you should mainly focus on following topics:
-- Threads
-- Swing / AWT
-- Networking
-- Reflection
Still i would say that clearing this certification exam is entirely up to your own potential and how good you are at complete java 2 standard edition i.e. J2SE.
