In terms of course and syllabus they coincide by 80%.
Aviation deals with the mechanics related to aeroplanes, jetplanes, missiles, satellites, etc.
But aviation management includes managing the operations of the aviation department and ensuring all the maintenance, safety, and scheduling operations are executed satisfactorily.
The MBA in aviation would be at a PG level and would require you to be a graduate to get admission and can offer managerial/senior positions after completion. Aviation management depending on the level of course completed would allow jobs in all the stated departments at starting levels.
