What are the major differences between BCA & MCA and B.Tech & M.Tech (CSE)?

BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the 'technical' level (Software, Hardware, applications etc). Whereas for BCA students need to have secured good grades in any of the Arts/Science or Commerce streams.

In a standard three-year degree programme like BCA you will learn about technical topics in quick bursts but in a B.Tech programme, you will learn about topics in technical fields in depth. Choose your degree programme wisely. All the best.
