Hi, the eligibility to apply for NIT's is based on your caste wise cutoff marks. Since you belong to OBC, your cutoff marks should be 49 . Since you have scored 50 you have been qualified to apply for NIT's and also to write JEE Advanced.
You have very low chances to get admission in NIT's as there is really high competition and also, your score is very low. you have just passed the exam.
You are eligible to apply for NIT's but you have very low chances to get NITs or you may not get good NITs.
The website for applying to counseling is www.josaa.nic.in and it will be available only when the JEE Advanced exam gets over.
All the best!
