What are the maximum number of years to pass engineering in Mumbai University?

I am a student of electronics engineering. I had one drop after two drops after SE and two drops after TE in total five drops. Am I eligible to final year. I mean final year will be my ninth year.

Maximum universities across India provide maximum 7 years for completing 4 year engineering course , after that you are declared Not Fit for technical Education. I doubt you will get another chance, you can still contact the university for detailed information
