What are the Michigan Technological University post-acceptance document requirements?

Once an undergraduate international student is admitted in Michigan Technological University, they are required to submit a set of post-acceptance documents in order to get enrolled in the university. These documents are:
- A completed Affidavit of Financial Support (J-1). It must be dated no more than 12 months before the semester start date;
- Supporting proof of funds documents showing sufficient funds for the student's duration of studies, dated no more than 12 months before the semester start date. Acceptable proofs include bank statements, scholarship letters and loan letters;
- A copy of passport photo page.
