What are the minimum cut-off marks required to get admission in B.Com in Nizam or IIMC?

I'm class 11th passed. After 12th, I want to get admission in one of these institutes for B.Com general.

    In Nizam college, B.Com Admission is based on the marks obtained in 10+2. Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
