For M.Sc in any of the IITs, you will have to appear for JAM and depending upon your marks you will be called for counselling. Cut-offs you will know by the month of March and will be Category wise. For Physics-19.51 marks, Chem-14.79, Maths-23.35 (General), you will get the clear marks at the time
