If you are from other state i.e. not in one of the mentioned IIITs then 250+ marks are considered for these IIITs and if you are from Delhi, Allahabad or Hyderabad then your state quota will work and only above 180 marks are required.

See, if you want a seat in the above-mentioned IIIT then you have to score a minimum of 92+ percentile.

IIIT Allahabad provides Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and doctorate degrees. IIIT Allahabad is known for its BTech programme. IIIT Allahabad accepts JEE Mains scores followed by CSAB counselling for the BTech programme. The seat allotment is through JoSAA and CCMT counselling for BTech and MTech. In order to get admission into the UG courses, the candidate must meet the IIIT Allahabad JEE Mains cutoff. IIIT Allahabad Cutoff depends on various factors like the number of seats in the courses offered by the institute, the number of candidates who appeared, and the difficulty level of the entrance examination.

You can target around 140 marks to get admission in a decent IIIT for a decent branch.

    Hello,
The IIIT you listed is of top notch, so you really need to score high for that, so anything closer to 200 will be considered safe for you to land in any of the IIITs you have listed.

The closing ranks generally vary every year depending on number of student appeared, difficulty level, previous year cutoff trends. So difficult to gauge any minimum score, but as per trends the cutoff to get into newer NITs is under rank 40,000 under JEE Mains as NITs accept only JEE Mains. Hence, suggested score of more than 150+ is safe to be considered for getting newer NITs while for top NITs a minimum of 210+ is must. Coming to top IITs, the cutoffs are under rank 2000 and with newer IITs the cutoff ranks under 9000, which results into cutoff of 310+ for top IITs and for newer IITs it should be around 185+.
