There is every year cutoff, depending upon students and total no. of college seats available. Though, you can expect a cutoff around 85 i.e. minimum marks to get through JEE Mains.

There are no minimum marks in JEE Mains to pass. Every year AIR and category wise ranks are decided. Cutoff for different categories differ every year. If you clear the cutoff then only you can qualify for JEE Advanced exam.
