What are the minimum requirements for MS in mechanical from Germany?
Is IELTS score of 7.5, BE Mechanical percentage of 85% (9.25 CGPA) and more than 2 years work experience in a fertilizer production industry in maintenance and inspection dept, sufficient to qualify in german universities to pursue MS? Need help with college selection as well.

You need to score 75% in Bachelor degree and IELTS: 6 band. You have excellent score, you can try for:
1. TU - Munich,
2. RUHR BOCHUM – Aachen.
3. Other TU9s.

Education of Europe follow the bologna process and German universities also follow the same process, so don't worry. Further, Hamburg is really good and the university has an excellent reputation.
