The University of California Berkley has multiple eligibility criterias to shortlist candidates for admission. First of all candidates must have a GPA of at 3.0 for California students and 3.4 for non-residents. Second, internaltional students have to appear for either TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo and obtain a minimum score of 80, 6.5 and 115, repectively. Apart from this the candidates must have completed their secondary education.
