what are the minimum requirements to pursue MA .FRENCH from US, CANADA, or any othe francofone country ?

i am currently studying in Kirori Mal College, North Campus (3rd yr)... and along with that i am doing an advance diploma course in FRENCH which will be completed in march 2012. I want to do my postgraduation in french from abroad.what will be the minimum requirements?other than clearing TOEFL & GRE
