Group discussion questions can be fixed. The focus is on the candidate's ability to contribute to any kind of topic placed before the candidate. The idea is not to know your technical knowledge about the matter related to the question but to find out how you can handle the question thrown at you and how you exhibit leadership qualities. There are enormous such questions and any current matter can be floated for the group to discuss.
