What are the most prestigious scholarship awards of USC?

<p>The <strong>University of South Carolina </strong>offers a number of scholarships to international students. However, the <strong>Stamps, McNair and Horseshoe Scholars Awards </strong>are the most prestigious scholarships awards given to international students by USC.
