You need to be a graduate with 50% aggregate marks for all years. You can even give CAT if awaiting 3rd/4th year degree result

There is no qualification required to take CAT. Anyone can take the exam. But whether you will be accepted to colleges or invited to interview or not, depends upon a number of factors. Most important eligibility criteria is that you must either be a graduate or in your final year of graduation.
