What are the necessary requirements to get into top universities of USA, Germany and Australia for MBA? I have a gap of 3-years.

First, in interview, they will ask about your gap if you successfully give answer and tell your problem. Then, I think, you don't face any problem. You should mention your problem in your SOP also.
