What are the norms for considering the degree while admission in pot graduation?

Please ask your question clear.November 2010 is not entered how can u clear your graduation in Nov 2010. if you complete it in Nov 2009,you are 2009 Passout otherwise you r 2010 Passout. If you like my answer please rate my answer as best answer.

u will be called as passed out students of 2010 for example if a student fails in class 12th in 2009 and the next year he passes in 2010 so he will be called as a student who passed out in year2010
