What are the number of attempts to write UPSC (IAS) exam? What is the eligibility criteria for the same?
I entered wrong details in civil services prelims 2012, while filling form regarding educational qualification (I mentioned that I am a graduate though I was not). Now I have completed graduation. Am I eligible for 2014 exam?
