Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) is the independent organisation under railway ministry. They take care of all IT related works like developing new features in IRCTC, maintaining IRCTC, managing automatic payrolls etc. , for Indian railways
It is perfect place for computer engineer in Indian railways. You can for the job opening in their websites under Careers at Centre for Railway information systems. Apart from this, there are openings like assistant engineer, joint engineer, etc. , for general graduation students. You can apply for them if you wish to take non IT jobs in Indian railways.
