The ongoing research activities in the Department include a funded project by AICTE on the topic Impact of Active Reminders in Medication Adherence, a project on Kitchen Gardens in Collaboration with C-DRASTA Kolkata. One Research work has been published recently in a book form in collaboration with Government of Sikkim titled Intersections of Green Tourism and Organic Mission. The department has research projects in Pharmaceutical Marketing, orphan drugs, Homestays, Online Patient Support groups, Renewable energy products and so on.
