What are the opportunities available after doing 12th from commerce stream? I have done my 12th with 2nd division.

I suggest you not to pursue B.Com as it seems that your basics about commerce are not clear. Explore your interests once again and try for other subjects. You can go for BCA where you can study business subjects or you can go for BA with interesting subjects like psychology, English, etc. Good luck! -
You should pursue CA along with B.Com. Else you can pursue B.Com and go for IAS after it. Only B.Com is not sufficient.
