Need more information such as what field of engineering you are pursuing,what do you want to do,what are your marks so far etc to answer this question.

Sir,
I'm doing Civil Engineering and I want to do P.G. from UK or America. What shall I do for it? I'm an average student who got first class marks in every semester.

You can pursue MS course available in different foreign universities. Choose the country first, then search out for best universities there. Check out the admission process and fee structure along with placement details. It will be easy then to choose the best university.
