What are the opportunities for a student who is pursuing chemical engineering in AU when she completes the UG by 2017 (core sector)?

Since my cousin is going to complete her graduation in chemical engineering by 2017, I would like to know how to get her a job immediately in her core sector only rather than any other sectors like software. She is one of the toppers.
