I think you are talking about designing of building? I this case you have to choose structural engineering in any IITs,nits , IIITs,central University etc

U can go for M.TECH in Civil engg or another one is MBA,if u r interested in manegment studies.

in this case its best fr u to go for CAD/CAM /CATIA or AUTO CAD in CTTC.
