What are the options after BDS, in UK and Canada for higher studies?

hi,i had done B.D.S last year,now i want to study in uk or canada since i have heard that they recognise indian bds degree.so kindly guide me and tell me about various options which i can opt for a bright carrier .thankyou ritesh
