After B.Tech in Mechanical engineering :
1) One may opt for M.Tech (in India) /MS (Abroad) to study the technical side.
Some of the specialized fields you may consider in mechanical engineering :-
-Nanotechnology
-Micro Electro Mechanical Systems
-Structural Analysi
