After B.Tech, you may opt for :
* M.Tech (in India) / MS (Abroad) to study the technical side.
OR
* MBA if you wish to move career towards management line.
* Further, you may opt for short term specialized courses related to the field.

Shilpi you have not mentioned your branch. Anyways what I suggest you as of now is to plan higher studies through regular mode of education and unless it is extremely important for you to earn, better opt for higher education like M.Tech or MBA. For jobs you can circulate your cv across the various

If u have adopted a best instituition then you must put effort to get on with the councelling. else you could try for an M.S abroad if you could afford. mention the course name for a better answer.
