What are the options available after completing B.Com?

If you wish to stick to the track, do an M Com, but if you are interested in Management, you can do an MBA. CA/CWA/CS are other options that may be pursued along with your PG or individually. You may also think of applying for jobs if it is your prime concern.

After Bcom you can go for MBA if you want to make carrer in corporate field
