After MBA The best option is to work for 2 years in a good company and you can do a PHd. on the some relevant topic based on the work you have been doing.

To pursue Ph.D. course, first you have to clear the national level eligibility test I. e. UGC NET Exam. The exam is conducted by NTA.

The best you can do after MBA is to find a good job and learn while you work for better & higher placements in future.
