What are the options available for a class 12th (PCM) student?

Hello Kaushik, A career in a similar stream, which you had in your class 11th and 12th will help you succeed better. Commerce and science are the two broad categories. In commerce, you can go for arts/design, business, finance and banking. In Science, you have engineering and medical. These are the traditional streams students choose. Some new streams are also in demand nowadays like biotech, nano technology, agriculture and genetic. Students are also moving in fashion designing and interior designing. We have B.Arch exam for such students. Research oriented students can go for KVPY and get into institutes like IISC, IISERs. Commerce students also go for CA. So, there are courses like mechanical/ electrical and computer science in engineering to newer ones like hotel management and fashion designing. You can opt for any of these as per your interest.
