Please continue your job and try studying any programme like MBA in Grug Management or Hospital Administration. Don't quit your job and be stable. It's gonna give you benefit in the long run.

Being of ur experience I would suggest u that do MBA through Distance Learning while u working. Please don't leave your job take some extra pain for getting good values in future. When u complete ur MBA ur current experience will also get increased to 2 more years. After that if u switch ur job then
