What are the options available for me after B.Tech?
I have attended 4years B.Tech and at last, I have 23 backlogs and I'm not able to complete it.

You should clear all your backlogs and complete your graduation. Take help of you juniors and clear the backs you have in different semesters because without clearing the backlogs, you cannot get a job or pursue any other course.

What should I do now? I am not getting interest to start studying. I am totally aware of the subjects.

You need to complete your graduation degree, no other option because any job or further study needs a graduation degree. The only option to get away with it is - 'start up'. You need to start your own business.
