    Hi
    As your graduation marks is below 50% you need not to be upset. You must try for MAT & XAT Examinations and then enroll in a best chosen college.
    Emphasize on Faculty. Approval, Infrastructure and Placement records.

    First of all you have to realize that you did not work hard for whatever the reasons be.
    If you don't like/cannot study it is not a problem, however you need to find suitable career path. We all need to know that there are solutions to every problem. Finding correct solution in reasonable time is an important task.
    Now that you have already graduated and you realise that you cannot do it again, I strongly feel that rather than going back into academics you should try for other opportunities like entrepreneurship.
    Don't get motivated, live life positively.
