What are the options available for me? I have got 104 marks in JEE Mains and have 68k rank in CAT.
I am afraid I wont be able to secure 75% in my 12th.

Hello Rs,
If you are aiming for JEE Advanced and not certain about the eligible marks in 12th boards, then better you write the improvement paper next year and prepare for IIT.
