Hi Neelu, you can go for an MBA program, depending on your schedule, convenience and accessibility of resources, you can choose to do part-time or a full-time MBA program. A part-time MBA gives the flexibility of attending classes in the evening or over the weekend making it suitable for working students. Many distance learning programs also offer a post graduate diploma in management which is equivalent to an MBA program.
