Buddy you can re-appear for CPT and give your best. If, still you think, that you won't be able to clear CPT, then you can go for MBA/PGDM/MMS in top B-Schools by appearing for CAT/CET/NMAT/SNAP/IIFT etc. and scoring well. All the best.

Hi. Failing in CPT is not the end of the world. If you think you can clear CA, then go for CPT again. Else, directly get into IPCC after your graduation. You can also take non clearing CPT as a wake-up call and leave CA. If that's the case, you have options like CS, CWA, LLB, MBA, etc. You can also prepare for government jobs or get certifications from various bodies which are helpful in jobs.
    All the best.

If you are failing in CPT while doing graduation. At that time, you have an option of writing CPT again and if you are in the last year of graduation. At that time, you can get direct admission to IPCC after completing your graduation.
This was all about CA if you want to do CA.
The other option is that you should know about different things like CS, CWA, law and much more. Nothing is over if one door is closed, there is always a second door open for you. If you think that it is not possible for you to complete CA, you should rather think about second chance like law master degree in commerce to proceed for CS of CMA. Else, go for MBA. M

The immediate option is to prepare again and re-try as CA is the kind of profession which needs no dependency on other career options. Otherwise you can try for other professional course such as CS/ICWA. If not then focus on your graduation and side by side start preparing for CAT/XAT/SNAP/IIFT or GMAT and go for MBA.
As the last option you can try for bank PO, etc. after graduating.

If you score 55% average in graduation through commerce stream, or 60% average in other stream, then you are eligible to pursue Chartered Accountancy Course through Direct Entry Route. The Institute allows CA-CPT registered students to shift to Direct Entry Route, subject to the above condition, or if the candidate has passed Intermediate examination of ICMA / ICSI.
So, subject to the above conditions, you can skip CA-CPT and opt for Direct Entry Route, after your graduation.

Prepare hard and you can crack CA-CPT but if you fail to do so don't lose hope there are many more courses and certifications you can apply or go for.
You should not demotivate if you fail once in CPT, you can appear it for again otherwise if you do not want to continue for CA then you can apply for CS or ICWA.
There are many other options other than these professional courses like you can learn any foreign language parallel to your graduation or you can prepare for government competitive exams and if you want to pursue MBA after your graduation you can also start coaching regarding same in your second year of graduation.
