What are the options for PG medical courses in Europe outside UK for Indian medical graduates?

as I'm a dental graduate,i cant impart much information.but UK,USA,Australia are good options but are expensive.east European countries like Russia,Ukraine,Romania along with south American countries like Guyana are cheaper options.quality of education of Germany is good but entrance in German inst
