What are the options to complete 16 years of studies if I want to study Master of computer science in Canada? I am in BCA second year.

The most feasible option I see for you is that after you complete your BCA and then you can do another 1-year course from an open university like IGNOU, which should complete your quota of 16 years. After that you can pursue an MS from a university in Canada.
