For Canada, there is the Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Exam (MCCEE) two-part exam and then you apply for residencies MD or else join some course related to public health. Contact Just for education for MBBS in Russia, China, Ukraine, West Indies, and many more.

You can apply for some courses in Public Health or Healthcare Administration.
