What are the other feilds in biology next to mbbs?,and if had to choose engineering,what would be the best field?

i'm a class 12 student,i studied in metric syllabus of tamilnadu,MBBS has been my ambition and worked hard to yearn the cut-off for medicine seat.but due to the sudden changes in the admission procedures based on NEET EXAM,i might not get admitted .i have a deep interest in biology

Other than MBBS you can go for- BAMS(Ayurveda doctors),BHMS(Homeopathic doctors,BUMS( Unani doctors) Nursing,BPT(Physiotherapist) Pharmacy both ayurveda n allopathy. Bsc in Biotechnology,, Micro biology, Biochemistry,Bioinformatics, Genetics, Radiology, Optometry,Pathology etc Btech in Agricultural
